Sleep Disturbances

Here are some ways to improve your everyday sleep:
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco
  • Use cognitive behavior therapy
  • Create a sleep-conductive environment
  • Dont nap during the day
  • Exercise regularly
  • Have a bedtime schedule
  • Keep bed a place for sleep
  • Use relaxation: massage, warm bath
  • Drink warm tea or hot milk Wish you good luck
